SRP Huizhou C&I ESS Project Went into Operation

In December, 2024, a new commercial and industrial energy storage power station designed and constructed by SRP went into operation in an industrial park in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, China. The power station adopts 100kW/215kWh liquid cooling energy storage cabinets independently developed, designed and integrated by SRP. The project can meet the demand and expansion of the park for energy storage and electricity through cabinet paralleling.

The energy storage system adopts an all-in-one structure design, with high system integration, small footprint, can be transported as a whole cabinet and is easy to install, saving installation time and cost for users. Advanced liquid cooling technology is adopted to effectively control the temperature of the battery cells and battery system, ensuring that the battery temperature remains within the optimal working temperature range, effectively guaranteeing the service life and reliability of the product throughout its life cycle. The system is equipped with an exclusive energy management system (EMS), which can achieve intelligent terminal monitoring and integrated platform display. At the same time, it can support the access to the remote maintenance system through cloud according to customer needs.

The operation of this system can fully utilize the peak valley price difference policy in Guangdong Province. According to the real-time power load demand of the park, it can achieve the “peak shaving and valley filling” strategy by intelligently regulating the operation of the energy storage system, ensure stable electricity and reduce electricity costs for enterprises, maximize profits. At the same time, it also contributes to energy conservation and consumption reduction for society.
